Never again at this hotel Very bad experience. Staff was not freindly. The bed sheets were not clean, asked to replace them but they told that all staff already left. We were ended to replace the sheets by ourself, no apologies, no discount of the stay @ hotel. I wont recommend this hotel to any of our freinds.

Only good thing about this place: Front desk STAFF Too many mosquitoes in the room. Cleaning staff not efficient. Our room was not cleaned at all on Sept. 27. We even had to change the bedsheets ourselves. Very poor breakfast. Worst coffee ever.

Uncaring and dirty Dirty elevator, dirty tub (yuck, uncaring staff. No daily maid service. Why bother to stay here when there are choices. Hated it.

Bad Worst experience I have ever had in a hotel! The smell of food hit me the moment we walked in. When I went to the front desk to complain the clerk gave me a can of Febreeze to spray my room with . Bathroom not clean . No manager there on weekends . Loud occupants across the hall making it impossible to sleep. Room nothing like it was shown online. I will probably not use Hotels.com again

Extended stay should let guests know at check how they operate. We got in the room an found no hangers in the closet, no dishes in the kitchen and they advertise a fully stocked kitchen, no shampoo or condition, no hairdryer, no coffee pot. Anything you wanted you had to ask for. I also called ahead for directions and was told to exit on 238B. No such exit, it turned out the person I had talked to was in another state. Cheap but dirty The front desk was good and the price was reasonable but everything else left much to be desired. The room did not look like it was cleaned well ie hair laying around, soap residue in shower. The walls in my room had bad water damage to the walls and sheetrock. The chain itself is usually fine but this hotel is not managed properly.

Not Clean and Bad Customer Service I placed clients here so they would have a full service kitchen and near the Bee Cave area. They arrived and the room was not very clean. When we tried to extend their stay only 2 days it took 3 people and over 30 minutes to extend. I then received a call the following day, very rude I may add, stating that I booked through a travel site and that I wouldn't get the same rate. Overbooked....Customer Service training needed After being up for 14 hrs to arrive in Austin at the hotel .. the CSR at the Front desk was not trained in Customer Service. Very Abrupt and matter of fact that we arrived at 130 pm and wanted to check into my room.. only to find out we did not have a room at all since the hotel was overbooked by Expedia or Hotels. com!! and did we want to go elsewhere....we prepaid 4 weeks out for this hotel to be told .. did we want to go someplace else ?? finally the only room we received was... read more
