Our experience TV view was terrible. Fuzzy in all Channel Floors are very hallow where you hear yourself walking. You can tip toe and still hear yourself walk. Had a bad night where people above us where walking, running and making al kinds of noise. We heard everything. My kids were scared thinking it was the boozy man lol Elevators were very dirty.

Worst hotel ever Well the first room we had their was bugs in the shower and also in the room so we moved and the next morning I was woke up by a fire alarm and nobody said what it was. Also the hallways where not vacuumed and the hole hotel was nasty. never will I stay at one of those places again.

filthy hotel The front desk clerk was awesome who checked us in. Our room was dirty the shower had a couple bandaids stuck to the wall which tells me it was not clean. The handle fell off while me husband was showering. No screw to hold it on??? There was not even a glass or any coffee service in the room. I have had better rooms back in the day at motel 6. The towels were scratchy and the whole room had an odor. Not a very good continental breakfast either. There was also no pamphlet telling you where you could get some foo... read more

Horrible. first room was very unclean. the second after i asked to be moved was also unclean. horrible, will never book again. would give zero stars if i could.

Horrible stay. No hot water. Ants in the kitchen. Not a real breakfast. TV channels were horrible. Won't stay there again. Expected more for the price.

Not gross or horrible, just low quality. No Hot water first night. Didn't fix til next day and still wasn't done right. Takes 20 minutes for lukewarm water to make it to room. They should just say "packaged muffins and coffee" instead of breakfast. Probably not worth the money.

Cockroaches Found cockroach in the bathroom the next morning.

Good start... :-/ The morning crew when we checked in were phenomenal! Lisa and the younger gentleman with her went above and beyond. The first night was fine - no problems. Spent the day at the races and came back to what looked like termites in the hallway..they started at about 3 doors down and got heavier the closer I got to my room. Get to my room and yea you guessed - room keys do not work (both of them). Informed Nalia (manager on duty) of the bug problem and she seemed to either not believe me or just did not care.
