Not a good showing I had reserved two rooms for three nights. Upon arrival we were given the two rooms, 210 and 212. Both rooms were not cleaned at all. Towels on the floor, beds not made, trash in trash cans, some hygienic issues in the bathroom and a window that was not able to be closed. The staff told me that supposedly the cleaning crew had missed one room and the other was not even tracked as needing a cleaning. weekend visit The floor was dirty. The carpet had stuff on it. That I walked on barefoot. Refrigerator door was dirty. When I asked for clean towels and to have the room picked up midway thru my stay they requested 10.00 dollars. The entire facility smells like a cigarette.
Nauseous We had reserved a King Suite. We were told they were sold out and we'd have to take a room with two queens. So much for Romance! We did get a discount because of this. The lights and plugs wouldn't work on the bedside wall, so we were partially "in the dark"! People in other rooms were cooking foul smelling things that made us nauseous. Will not return. Don't recommend!

do not stay here only nice thing was the staff. room was extremely unclean, bathroom was disgusting, saw a bug on the bed, it was noisy, stay somewhere else

I didn't know! I did not realize that there was no housekeeping. Not that I am slob when I travel alone, but having a bed made is considered a luxury to me these days - I never do it myself! I would not stay here again. Also, it was pretty grody that when I went to leave for work there was a bloody gauze bandage in front of the door. It was still there when I got back 12 hours later,. Ewwww.

find somewhere else to stay Check in was awful!!! So slow!!! The room was old and outdated. It smelled like smoke so bad I could taste it all night.
Convenient location but that's the only positive. Room was dirty, staff was unkempt and checked me in while shoving dinner in his mouth. Room and refrigerator were dirty and smelled and the towels had old set in stains. Didn't let housekeeping in while I was there because I just didn't trust them. Place didn't even have automatic doors which made it even more difficult to get luggage in. Terrible experience.
Price was right but that is about all! On my way to the hotel I had trouble figuring out how to get to the hotel. I could see the hotel but, it was unclear how to get on the service road that would lead you to the hotel entrance. Upon arrival, it took the front desk person forever to check me in. I believe it was over 15 minutes of me standing at the desk while the person was struggling with the computer.
