Stay away! Not worth $49 a night, let alone $90 This place is a dump. Found 1/2 gallon of milk in the fridge that has been EXPIRED for a week! You get a "full" kitchen but your trashcan is in the bathroom and is tiny. The A/C sounds like when we were kids and we put baseball cards in the spokes. Rat-tat-tat-tat... You catch my drift. Hairs in the tub prior to even being used. The people here obviously don't care about their jobs, cleanliness or anything else for that matter. Stay away unless you're looking for one of those "... read more

Never again. The staff of the hotel was great however, the hotel accommodations was lacking. I expected a room with a separate sitting room and bedroom. What I had was one room with a kitchen that had nothing in it. I had to go to the desk to get cooking utensils, plates, glasses, etc. The individuals above us had children that made noise all day, starting early in the morning. There were no breakfast, and what really surprise me was there were no lobby.

Business response:

Joe - Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your stay. I am so disappointed that you were not told that we have removed all the dishes from the rooms for sanitary purposes and that we will happily bring you what ever you need for your fully equipped kitchen. Please accept my apology. To ensure that a situation like yours doesn't happen again, I am going to coach our staff to inform our guests at the time of check in so that there will be no confusion going forward. I also would like to comment that there wasn't ... read more

You Get What You Pay For Cheap, thin linens, rough towels and polyester bedspread. Felt dirty. Must request hair dryer and dishes at the front desk. Phone was not connected to the wall and the phone was labeled as being from another room. Breakfast was a grab n' go from a side table. Not rolling luggage-friendly. Two double doors at the entrance with fast closing springs and no "handicap" button option to hold the door open. Very uninviting. Yes, it was clean, but I would never stay here again. I do not know if this is the n... read more

Business response:

Bad facilities, staffeta very nice. First, only 1luggage cart, 2nd on site laundry facilities mostly broken. 3rd had to run water for 20 minutes to get something that vaguely resembled warm water which in drought stricken south central Texas is totally unacceptable. Of course I guess they make up for this by having no ice vending. I won't even bother to talk about the grab and go breakfast quality. The staff tried very hard to apologize for the facilities or the lack of..

Business response:

As well, I apologize for the hot water issues you encountered during your stay. I have met with our staff to ensure these issues do not continue in the future. Needs upgraded or revamped The room smelled of mildew. No coffee in your room. I did not like having to get dressed to go to get coffee.

Business response:

I appreciate you taking the time to write a review of your experience with us. Please know that we are sincerely sorry that your room had an odor and the front desk did not tell you that we have coffee pots and other items available at the front desk upon request. In response to your feedback, I will be meeting with our front desk and maintenance staffs to ensure these issues are properly addressed. Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention.
