Bed was uncomfortable. If bed is no good, then stay is no good. Urine stains on toilet. Staff took care of it reasonably quick.
Filthy hotel I saw 5 cockroaches in a 3 day period. The carpets are old and dirty. The bathroom and towels had hair from previous guest. The service was terrible. The hotel didn't have availability for a family member that had made a reservation for a non-smoking room through Expedia. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
Horrible Title says it all the room was filthy and the staff lazy and rude I'd like my money back

Should be on Hotel Impossible tv show disappointing
Ok The check in process was fine they were training a new person so it took longer but that ok. Going to the room one elevator was not working. The hallway smelled of smokers. Once in the room there was garbage under the sink in the kitchen. There were no dishes in the room not even a paper cup. Yes I could go to the front desk to get dishes, why should I they should be in the room. NOT a complete kitchen The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was excellent, but when did Extended Stay stop putting cooking and eating utensils in their units? I can't see how they can call them complete kitchens if you have bring pots and pans, skillets and glasses, cups and plates, and silver/
