Update Needed The staff was friendly, but there were random people just sitting in the lobby. The rooms need to be updated badly, and the roach in our bathroom was not a nice sight!

Difficult to find. Not enough sinage on street directing to hotel. Even GPS had issues.

Stay here every few years since 2012, Oak Hill resident many years - staff was GREAT, especially Sheila that night, she made my visiting friend very comfortable; rooms were great, the kitchens great. Few dislikes were the luggage cart - dangerous for old ladies like us, we could not manage it very well, and felt it not safe. There was no one to help us navigate small entry into elevators and/or out the door. The carpets were very sticky and we didn't know if that was some old soap left in or was just that dirty.
