Mediocre Staff was friendly, but the hotel lacked basic things like complementary cups, or ice machines weren't working, simple issues. During my 2 day stay I had no hot water and no form of reimbursement or even an apology from the staff. Ultimately you get your money for your buck. Just expect there to be little issues all along the way.
