Adequate facility, staff was exceptionally nice. Room was a bit dated and wear and tear obvious on furnishings. Was quiet on our weekend stay and seemed mainly families. Fairly easy access to both 290 and MOPAC but the interchange can be confusing so pay close attention to signage.

Our room did not have any dishes or silverware when we checked in, and we were not happy with the service at the front desk. One lady (heavier Hispanic lady, didn’t get her name) was very rude. Overall the hotel and the room was nice but the service was terrible. And you shouldn’t advertise free breakfast when all you have is oatmeal and coffee. Free breakfast at a hotel is the works, not a tiny table of “what can we set out today”.

The property was very conveniently located and well managed. I booked the property based on the claim that there was a complementary breakfast, however there was NOT one and no facility to offer such. The MAJOR issue was EXPEDIA's TOTAL MESS UP of my online reservation! Though I had specified arrival date and departure, Expedia's system booked the WRONG MONTH and WRONG DAYS! Extended Stay required an additional payment and said I would have to seek satisfaction via Expedia.

The hotel is a good deal because of its accessibility to Austin and the Hill Country and its full kitchen facilities.

This facility is very close to the family I visit. The room rate is acceptable given the only time I spend here is sleeping.

Property was clean. No amenities at this hotel. Staff was not very welcoming.
