A couple of things: They clean linens and the room only once in 7 days! There were nails popping out in the transition area from tile to carpet. Patchwork done on drywall but not painted. Towel rack in bathroom broken from the wall.

"breakfast" was poor, coffee was not good, might as well not have anything. Room was functional and clean, AC worked well, room was quiet and beds were good.
