OK There was a long wait (1 person working, 1 person in front of me) to check in. When I was finally able to have a conversation with the person behind the desk after appx 10-15 minutes, he left the desk to go and physically check to see if my room was clean (it was 4 PM, not an early check in). When he finally returned, the person who had the long check-in before me returned as well, because their key didn't work. Also, there was no hot water for a shower at 9 PM on a Sunday night. Upon arrival we had to wait for someone to come to the front desk and he acted like he didnt know what he was doing. The entire hotel smelled like urine,my room smelled like a wet dog,and there was a bunch of hair in the bath tub For breakfast they did not have much if a selection and provided no drinks other then coffee I was supposed to stay through saturday night and we canceled all plans friday and returned home we did not even stay for our full stay

The room was lacking... An extended stay without one piece of silverware.A cup , a spoon , a hair dryer , nothing! No coffee pot. No lotion. The sink was cracked.

I was checked out of my hotel room and my items were thrown away before the 11am check out time. Front desk was not sympathetic and didn’t care to have a solution.

Cuando llegue me cobraron por una habitacion que no estaba disponible. Sabian lo que habia solicitado y me querian dejar con una sola cama para dos adultos y un niño. Por esa situacion termine en otro hotel mucho mas caro. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA Y UNA PERDIDA DE TIEMPO Y DINERO.

Did not have anything for the kids. The kitchenette was lacking. Dishes had to be requested and no complimentary dish soap. The floors were not very clean. Our littles would get dirty feet. Staff friendly. The grab and go breakfast was lacking.

Staying there for an F1 race was what we were looking for! We know this property is very basic. So it was ok for the purpose we needed it ok .

Clean room. Helpful staff. But no breakfast. They said they haven't had a chance to refill the supplies. We stayed one night so it was ok but if you are stayng longer and expect some kind of decent hot breakfast, then this is not the place. The nearby La Quinta Inn for comparable price has much better hot breakfast and same kind of rooms.
