Wasn't the best. Only 3 pillows, when I asked for a 4th I was told they didn't have one available. . . So my girl slept fine however I got to wake up with a crooked neck. Also don't show up early and expect them to check you in 5 mins early. . . They won't for some stupid reason. The "breakfast" offered is nothing more than horrible coffeenand some kind of stale muffin in a bag. Stay away The customer service was really great the employees were so nice but the hotel was very gross. Smelled awful we only stayed one night then switched hotels.

The web page said breakfast included. Wow what an understatement. It had one coffee pot and one pot for hot water. Some Tea bags and little things of creamer. NOT EVEN ANY SUGAR. 3 little chocolate muffins (pre-packaged). This is not what I consider a breakfast. Do not say you have a breakfast included if what you really mean is a cup of coffee with no sugar.

Will not go back. It took over 20 minutes to get checked in. One person working the front desk and he had to go to every room with a hand held device to code the room keys so they would work. The next morning, front desk person had an attitude about getting clean towels. By 8:00 am - there was nothing in the “grab & go” breakfast baskets. Baskets were again still empty on Sunday morning at 7:10 am as we were leaving. We stay in Austin frequently (6 or more times a year) and I will not go back.
