I have stayed at this hotel before and have had good experiences. This time when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk was completely deserted. There is posted sign stating to call a specific number if there is no one at the desk. I and another guest called it REPEATEDLY with NO answer. Also, there are no chairs in the lobby so we literally stood there almost 30 minutes waiting for someone to come check us in. Room wasn’t cleaned before or during stay. The floor was literally black and sticky. There was a constant knocking on the walls, the bathroom lights flickered and the tub was disgusting

Its took us an hour to check in do to no one being around to check us in. There were 2 other guest waiting to check in as well because no staff was around. Our room was clean however there were no shampoo or lotion only conditioner?
