Customer service in the lobby is terrible. Employees do not smile, they dont even try to apologize when anything goes wrong. I checked in around 5pm and left, I went to my room around 3:00 a.m. just to find out my room was locked from the inside with the door guard, I got scared and when to the lobby to complain, there were 2 female employees and none even said sorry, they webt and check and told me that sometimes that happenned and the room lock itself with the extra lock that supposed to be for the person inside the room o... read more

Disappointed!!! Stayed on Monday, 7/17. No hot water; i proceeded to advise Abel at the front desk @ 7am which he stated they were looking into it and if the issue was not resolved at check out to let him know so he can work on a partial refund. Told me to contact hotels.com so they can negotiate with them. Once i did hotels.com tried calling and they denied everything and from what i was told extremely rude and unprofessional. 1st time staying here and obviously the last.

Smoke free? Horrible smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Front desk unwilling to change room, stating it was sold out. Gave me a can of air freshener to cover the smoke smell. Will not stay again!

Water verry low when taking shower 4 floor

Shower had next to no water pressure. When staff was notified they said there was no maintenance person until morning. An alternative room was not offered
