Be cautious if traveling with a pet. BEWARE! I prepaid for a room (booked in part because pets are allowed) and when I arrived was told that they didn’t hav any more “pet friendly” rooms available. Then spent 45 minutes online and on the phone with Hotels.com staff (instead of finding another place to stay) to get a refund that won’t show up for 7-10 business days. Leak in restroom noise

Room was filthy and I was told that it was cleaned by a “District Manager” which I guess meant I didn’t know what I was talking about. I was told they were short staffed and the District Manager stepped in to help. The room attendant was kind and the only good part of the stay. I will never stay here again.

They don’t let you control the air in the room and it was sooooo hot. Amd for an extended stay you still have to ask for a glass, plate, etc instead of them being in the room.

I tried to check in at the front desk. She had some probems with her system, showed me the problems and expected me to call expedia to fix it. She said something about how I was supposed to check in on Saturday at 3pm; however, i had barely made the booking a few minutes prior to arrival at the hotel via the expedia app. I have used expedia now a few times at other hotels and checking in late at night isn't an issue at most places. Arrived around 8:30 pm, Couldn’t even get inside the lobby because there was nobody at the front desk to buzz me in. The phone outside instructed me to dial 0 for late check in, which I did. The person who answered sounded like they had just woken up, and was very confused as to why I was calling. Turns out “0” was the extension for a guest room. I called and woke up a GUEST.
