Dirtiest hotel I've ever been to When i checked in and was walking to the elevators, i could smell cigarette smoke and there's no smoking on the premises. Obviously people didnt care about the rule. When I walked into my room, there was a nasty smell. The laminate floor was sticky and i saw dust all over it. The leather chair had crumbs on it. It Obviously was not cleaned well. Hotels.com Failed! The hotel stay was okay. Your service however was garbage. Your little online portal told me it was going to find a representative in one to two minutes and it took about 10. Before I could even type out what my issue was they said you took too long goodbye. I will not be recommending your services to anyone in the future.

This was a horrible experience They said I didn’t have a reservation at this property and they had me waiting for over 3 hours then they gave me a room that they had put to the side horrible experience and I want a refund. The hotel blamed hotels . Com and said you guys basically made a reservation that was no where to be found

1 day traveler Stayed here before without any problems. On on this last stay, the room had a strong cigarette odor that wouldn't go away. Even after opening window. Bathroom smelled like pee on floor, but it didnt see any signs of any. Maybe a dirty mop or something when they cleaned the room. First off, the hotel had no keys. We had to be let into our room. We were only staying one night and arrived late, but what kind of hotel doesn't give out keys to their room?
