Ok for a one night stay Room was cold, no blankets. No glasses or ice bucket. Front checking was ok but she had no personality to make you feel welcome.

I didn't like the rule of paying an extra $25 if I checked in a little earlier than 3:00 pm. I needed to change my clothes to go to a funeral and not only did they want to charge me but I asked to use a bathroom to change and they said they didn't have one. Staff at the desk was not very friendly.

Switcheroo When I arrived they did not have a room for me so the sent me to another location about a half mile away in a sketchy neighborhood. Homeless people asking to use my shower when I checked out. Felt bad.

BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!!! OMG i woke up to bed bugs in my bed biting me!!! Killed 3 of them on the spot but slept with my lights on the rest of the night out of fear of more coming out. Would have left if i had anywhere else to go and am paranoid of them being hitch hikers back to my house. Oh, then there's the car breakins too so that was fun. Worst experience!

The service was horrible! We stayed in a nice studio with a bedroom but the room was next to a laundry room. There was constant clanking and knocking about at 11:30 pm onwards! When we complained they said that they have no choice because they have to the laundry!!! We had to sleep on the pull out couch which was dreadful. Our mother stayed in a room next to folks that had a dog who barked all night. Won’t return

Worst Hotel EVER Worst experience ever. The staff was rude, unprofessional and overall just plain inhumanly. Never again.

The hotel has an issue with homeless people sneaking into the hotel and using the facilities. I stayed here 9/13/19 and suffered from the lack of hotel security by getting bitten by body lice! When I got to my vacation destination in the UK, I had to wash all of my clothing and spray insecticide in my suitcase! This is becoming a major issue in US hotels and is the 2nd time this has happened to me in the USA! This was NOT bedbugs nor head lice but chewing lice!
