Cigarette burns on the bathroom floor of the first room (before I requested for another room) and food in the sink. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude when I explained why I requested a new room, the second room’s key did NOT work after the third trip down to the front desk, and every hallway had a foul odor. The second room was decent. Never staying at this location ever again.
bad.. worst hotel ever Roaches were in the bedroom and restroom. Disgusting. Advise you do a general pest control. Bed Mattress was stinking, the stove was not hot at all and took time to get hot ,and outside the hotel smelt like cigarettes.i advice you to book another hotel. poor customer service except for the african american woman.

Took 58 min to be checked in when I was the only person in the lobby. The system was not allowing the employee to log on and everyone he called including the manager was of no help! It was horrible should have never waited that long for assistance or to check in.

Never again...... Booked through here on my rewards acct and when I get there they have NO rooms available even though I already paid in advance.

You get what you pay for. The room had an odd smell to it. The bed linens are low quality. Its one of those "you get what you pay for" kind of experiences.
