The staff was friendly at check in. The room was clean as far as floors, bedding, and such; but right when I walked in I saw two bugs, maybe roaches, on the kitchenette counter tops. It was a complete turn off. The TV did not work. There was NO toilet paper. I used the Kleenex. I've never had that happen in all the hundreds of hotels I've stayed in.
This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. No hair dryers or shampoo. The TV you could not watch. And the worst part was bugs in the bathroom at night. Yes you know what kind. I am going to demand a refund from someone.
There was trash on my floor, and the room had an odor.

I called to inform them my flight from Denver was 4 hours delayed. Got to the Extended Stay America hotel about 2:15am - after 45 min., with no one else waiting, I still wasn't checked in. Their computers were down and the individual had no clue how to check me in without a computer. Luckily I recalled the lady stating I was registered with a specific room. The only thing that was nice was it had a stove other then that i feel like i Wasted my money and time
