Front desk personnel weren’t friendly or professional. Hotel had an unpleasant smell. People lingering in the hallways which mad me concerned for safety. Other guest were noisy considering I visited there looking for some R&R time. I was rushed out of the facility after asking and paying for a late checkout option because I was really tired after working several day around the clock. After staying at this hotel I would never recommend this place to anyone.

It smelled musty, and the room was damp. It felt old and in need of updates.

My information was placed into the hotels system in correctly. It took the attendant 45 mins to get this straighten out. The attendant became frustrated. The hallway smelled like smoke. No ice machine, the tube did not look all that clean.

Well this was an older Extended Stay America. I thought I was booking at the one down the street. I asked upon checking in if there was an issue with parking and she said No. Which was a complete lie, after coming home from church I barely found a spot. Walking with my children a distance. It was a mess. The rooms were smaller and smelled funny.

Poor Service When I booked this hotel online, I was not informed that I had to pay extra for daily housekeeping. We asked the housekeeper to clean our room before we left the hotel to go sightseeing and she said that she would. When we returned that evening, we returned to a messy room with dirty towels. When I went to the front desk to complain is when I was advertised about the cleaning policy.
