The shower has no water pressure. The outside of the refrigerator was not clean. The exit door on the first floor was broken (no security) and opened using a zip tie.

The continental breakfast was more a under stocked snack bar. Coffee muffins and a fiber bar was all that was available. The room has a musty smell and the front desk didn’t have any shaving cream that they advertise. The option for daily room service is an extra ten dollars a night. The iron worked, it was easy to find and it had hot water in the shower.

I don't think I will never book any room from Extended stay agian. I wasted my time about almost 20 min. for checking in even that I booked and paid it in advance. Once I received the key card I have to take the smelly elevator to my floor and have to walk through the long dirty carpet floor hallway. Finally I get to my room I just can't believe of what I see. Never Again! The advertised airport shuttle was non existant. “We don’t have a shuttle today.” How do I get to the hotel? “Sorry, can’t help you.” After a rideshare discovered the front deak simply left their shift early. The next ahift took over 30 minutes to show up. Over 2 1/2 hours from arrival to finally getting a key to a room. Smelled of marijuana in all the hallways. Avoid this place if you are not a criminal!
Front desk personnel weren’t friendly or professional. Hotel had an unpleasant smell. People lingering in the hallways which mad me concerned for safety. Other guest were noisy considering I visited there looking for some R&R time. I was rushed out of the facility after asking and paying for a late checkout option because I was really tired after working several day around the clock. After staying at this hotel I would never recommend this place to anyone.

It smelled musty, and the room was damp. It felt old and in need of updates.
