The back door was broken, people were having parties in the parking lot. The internet was not working. When i checked the front desk attendant checked me into a room that had not been finished being cleaned. This hotel was one the worst hotel i have ever stayed in.

Disappointed Was given wrong keys several times and they have me keys to people rooms asked for refund and was told I had to talk to the manager asked for extra time or can I come back another day and was told that they couldn't because there computers were down because the hotel for stuck by lightning the night before

I needed Clean towels and couldn’t get them, fresh linen more of the same

There was hair in our bed. The maintenance man had to come turn out water on to take a shower. Staff was great though.

All was BAD..i do not reccomand to any one this hotel...terrible....is in middle if nowhere..no chuttle service not Taxi..they accept reservations and they do not have any room available...

Renovations are needed The hotel really had a bad smell in the hallways and my room had to go and purchase air fresheners. The bed was also bad, middle of the bed was sunk in not comfortable at all. My opinion need to renovate the property

There was nothing that i liked about my stay in this place. I walked into the lobby and the receptionist obviously had better things to do besides say "hello" or even make eye contact with us. She was occupied with vacuuming the area in which we were standing. She never once asked us what we needed and when she finally decided to acknowledge us she was done her chore and back behind the desk.
