Comfortable stay This was a quick in quick out trip. The hotel does offer shuttle service to and from BWI. However, service is limited. You will want to check with the hotel on shuttle times.

Great Hotel with Awesome Staff I am glad that I chose this hotel when I was shopping around. Upon my arrival, right at the front desk, I was blown away by the hospitality of the staff. I was exhausted after a long trip, and the smile I got from the desk attendant made it vanish. I felt very welcome beyond my expectation. Knowing that we were exhausted, she proceeded quickly to give us our room. I am very peculiar about my room being clean, and my expectation was not cut off. Staff was EXCELLENT .. Had an issues with Expedia they didn't confirm my reservation so i had to wait almost 2 hrs for them to confirm I was actually booked..

I have stayed at this hotel several times and always find it clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. It is also located near to many things that are convenient for me, including BWI airport.

Room was adequate for our needs. If we were to stay for more than one day, I might rate it a bit lower. Hotel is in an odd area.
