Sufficient for the price Hotel and amenities were very convenient. The location is only 10 min. from the waterfront. The staff was very nice and helpful but there were a few issues. The shower did not come with a shower curtain and nobody came to clean or replace towels when were gone.

Near BWI Bed was like sleeping on a box of rocks. However there was, thankfully, a new looking recliner chair. I slept there. The bathroom sink did not drain. And, when you know you're only having a guest for 1 night the least you could do is provide a plastic cup so people could take their pills in the morning. I am sure it is in your write up somewhere that you don't provide ANY amenities but no one ever reads that stuff. Very nice hotel close to bwi I had to choose a hotel that night because my flight got cancelled, so my son went online and found this hotel and that particular night they only had three rooms left, and when I got online, they only had two, so needless to say, I booked it right away. And I was just in awe, I've never seen a hotel room with a FULL KITCHEN in it. The room was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. Not a bad place Not a bad place but I did not know they change sheets once a week. Also it would help if you tell the guests that towels could be replaced with clean ones if the guest brings them to the front desk.

At Your Own Risk Nasty bug in the bed, but wasn't a bed bug. No glasses to drink from. No ice machines on the premisis. Holes in blankets. Bed was comfortable once I got over the funky bug issue.

Okay The hotel was okay for the price. The pillows were rock hard and made sleeping miserable. There is no ice machine so you have to use the ice trays in your room which didn't freeze overnight so I had no ice. The free breakfast is minimal. They had grab and go bar but it only had muffins, granola bars and coffee. I guess my expectations were a little bit higher. It was clean but I had not towels or shampoo or conditioner in my room so I had to go down and ask for it. I won't be back just because there are a lot of hotels ... read more
