A superb staff. Friendly and welcoming. Very attentive to any concerns. When the van driver was off, the GM came and got me from the airport. I was very impressed by that. I would stay at this hotel again just for the guest service. As for the rooms, I hope they will continue making upgrades and improvements in that area. A fresh coat of paint and new carpet would do wonders for this property. Nice location with good restaurants nearby.

Perfect for long stays Had a very pleasant experience. It was my first time staying in an extended stay. I am used to hotel maids coming in everyday, making the bed, replacing towels, and emptying garbage. Which is the reason for a 3 for overall. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My daughter and I enjoyed the privacy. Maybe it was because we came in late for check and didn’t really know how extended stay works but it was partially my fault for not asking. Both at check in and check out front desk staff were not present and sign at desk saying they would be back in a few minutes as they were helping other guests. Strong smell of weed in the halls. Room had an odor when first walked in.

A one night stay Room was nothing special but okay. Did lack drinking glasses and there was only one soap, no shampoo, conditioner or lotion. Luckily our stay didn't require. Shuttle service to airport was excellent.

heater was either too hot or too cold, kept me up every half hour all night. other than that and the fact that the shower curtain was too short for the bath tub, the room was fine. having said that, staff were all friendly and welcoming except for the german front desk dude at night. rigid. not flexible. you gotta bend in a customer service job bro.
