I know that this hotel only offers to clean room once a week, but this room room was too smelly and dirty. We have to clean our own room as soon as we got there. They are supposed to at least to clean and deodorize the room before the guest get there, kitchen utensils where dirty, bed linen burnt, the mattress had blood stains, carpet very dirty, the bathroom dirty. We had to buy our own cleaners. When we complaint with the front desk attendance, she try to help te best she could, but she was the only one for the whole hotel... read more

Reserved non smoking. When I checked in they only had smoking available. Too late to find another hotel. Room smells like an ashtry.

Dirty, had ants everywhere Will never stay at another extended stay again! Staff was not very friendly or corporate.

It’s a no. We walked in and automatically wanted a refund. There was two beds one had red stain on the cover (I didn’t know if it was blood or Lip skin) The other bed had burnt holes on the covers from cigarettes. It smelled horrible (from smoking cigarettes) the refrigerator was so dirty on the outside, we eat our food and tossed the leftover out. We didn’t want to see the inside. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
