What a horrible experience. Hotel was cheap and very trashy. Drunks hanging around in the lobby. Poor customer service and to top it off there were 2 roaches climbing the wall and flying around my room. I packed up and left immediately!

DONT GO IF YOU DONT WONT YOUR ROOM CLEAN I didnt know you didnt get your room clean everyday and that when you call for towels that you have to bring the use ones down .

There should be a more variety of television channels on the television

I Expected More Our stay was horrible. No shower curtain. I requested non-smoking and couldn't get it. The room smelled. Breakfast was granola bars when a full breajfastvwas advertised.

In a great location at Citiplace. The rooms are dirty and tired. This hotel need a major renovation.

NO DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE! Don't stay here. The characters that seem to be "regulars" at this establishment are NOT what you want from a place you want to rest in.

Not the best I had two main issues with my stay. When I arrived, I was given a room that hadn't been cleaned yet. May have even still been preoccupied. Later in the evening, I had to return to the desk to get another comforter. The one on the bed had a funny smell. That's never a good thing.

Great location but hotel need to be clean. The furniture was worn and the room was not clean, the toilet had urine stains. There was no remote for the television. There were no glasses or plates in the room. I choose you hotel because it was in the same location, However, I truly feel I was taking advantage. The front desk lady ignore me for about 30 min she than left and never said were she was going. Had she said excuse me i would have understood but phone call was more important.

Hotel close to Broken Egg Cafe We received a vacant room. Went back down to the desk and had to wait until someone came back to the desk to give us a different room. Wasn't informed that we have to ask for extra toilet paper, tissue paper, and towels. Will not stay at an extended stay hotel.
