Location was not bad. Not one ice machine in the building, staff gave me 2 ice trays to make ice. Had to buy a bag of ice, and batteries for the remote.

Staff is very friendly and responsive, but the facility itself was subpar. Dirty rooms with cut-rate furniture. Also, non-smoking room smelled heavily of smoke. Stay here if you want a good location for a very cheap price -- but you get what you pay for. On the plus side: you're relatively close to LSU, and there are many restaurants and some shopping close by.
The receptionist at check-in was just plain rude! Very unhelpful in getting us checked in. We actually left and came back later and luckily there was another person working the desk that was helpful.

Maids subpar I walk into my room both trash cans have trash in them.
Horrible Terrible, got a smoking room When I didn't ask for one and cigarette buds everywhere.
would not recommend first of all, any hotel that does not have an ice machine raises a red flag for me. no ice, no coffee maker in the room, no cups, but it did have a full- size refridgerator and 2 stove burners?? definitely run-down and should have been cleaner. the free continental breakfast was a joke. I might stay there for $30 - $40, but not the $93 I paid for a night.

Will never stay again! Room was filthy! Service was ok. Had a brown ring in tub and comforter was dirty. I stay in lots of hotel so i know what this one ill NEVER stay again!
Beds were hard. Room weren't clean.
