Would not try again Room wasn't very clean, toilet didn't work and refrigerator nasty. Asked for toilet service and nobody responded.

Scam The stay was good except for when I checked out they billed me for a second night and are giving me the run around on crediting it. I have had to involve my bank and Hotels.Com in the issue. I do not recommend using this place unless you want to be scammed out of over $200.
Too Uncomfortable to stay It was awful...I didn't stay because the room had so many issues I wasn't comfortable with. The tub shower was broken, the lock on the door was broken, the remote for the TV was broken, and the scent of smoke chocked me as soon as I stepped off the elevator, also much worse inside the room.
poor condition We didn't get a room until the third try. The first two rooms we were assigned and entered were either dirty or still occupied. The third was not very clean plus it was a smoking room. We understood some of the confusion may have been caused by the flooding in the Baton Rouge area so we were patient. However, there is no excuse for the overall condition of the room and the hotel interior.

Pooeffenpoo Dirty room. No trash can in sight. Outdated. All furniture had residue and film.
It was a non-smoking room that had been smoked in, it smelled horrible. It had a stale stuffy smell. The a/c just pumped more stale nasty smoke smell into the air.
