room and hotel is dirty, everything is broken, plaster on floors, rugs are ripped/dirty. Really bad.
nice hotel, awful first stay, terrible service didn't have any clean rooms when i booked my room. took about 3 hours of waiting in thebloby while the hotel clerk went and cleaned 6 rooms. I paid for a smoking room 2 bed double and was giving a non smoking one queen bed...was given a refund for one night but I booked 2 nights and I still was not transferred to a smoking room nor a double bed for my co worker. worst hotel stay I've ever had.
It's not Hotel it's like a dorm I changed my hotel during stay because the even don't come for room service or changing your towel if you need some thing at room the would say come to the desk. Don't expect breakfast because it's not just a coffee and muffin I went for business and the sound around the room didn't alow me to work at room and it wasn't quite
my first bad hotel First, I never leave a review of good service - it's what one expects. I stay in a lot of hotels and yes you can a noisy hotel here and there. The hotel is in need of better housekeeping issues. The garbage can by the front door was full, and I mean trash pouring out of it and on the ground. Dirty Dirty. This app won't let me say what I found on the sheets in the first room they gave us.
Not good Need to revamp to match area and have more people working! An entry way/lobby gives an impression of how your stay will be! There's was filthy which mirrored my experience! Word of advice get a new vacuum and some update cleaning supplies!
No breakfast and no room door lock I would never stay here again. The breakfast consisted of coffee and nature valley bars. That's all. Nothing for the kids to drink. I booked this hotel because they advertised a continental breakfast. The lock on the room door was broke so I slept uneasy all night.
Worse hotel experience This hotel was a joke. When we first arrived, checked in, went up to our room it hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest. Went and saw staff got a key to another room and it appeared to be better. Upon closer inspection the pillow cases and sheets hadn't been changed and had stains and smelled. Bathroom was disgusting!
