Dirty floor Check in was great and I requested a pet friendly room. The room was clean except for the floor. It was filthy. You could see that someone attempted to clean it and gave up. When I walked across the room I left the imprint of my shoe on the floor. No excuse not to mop the floors. Vacuuming is not enough

It was good place to stay, the front desk guy AJ was a pleasant person to check in with, he handled our situation very well with our service dog coming in at a later time, we appreciate the service!

The lack of coffee at the front desk or no coffee makers in the rooms is something that the surrounding hotels aren't lacking.

Room was clean except pillows were flat and smelled. Shower drain backed up with foul hair and was very cold due to no heat in the bathroom
