Clerk at the night desk was very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable.

The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Hairs in the shower and toilet.

Needs improvement The front desk reception was very friendly. I chose this extended stay hotel because my normal choice for Billings was fully booked. I was surprised to find that the room had no hair dryer, coffee maker, any supplies in the kitchen - apparently you have to request these specially. Beyond that there were hairs in the shower, and a not-quite-empty drink bottle on the floor next to the bed. I won't be visiting again.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel offered a laundry service, also the rooms were equipped with small kitchens. The fact that you could ask for cookware and dishes if needed was very delightful.
