Kitchens are not stocked and no in room coffee pot. If those things do not matter to you, it is clean and in a great location.

Hello, We have been staying at the Extended Stay America 3 out of the 3 times we have been to Billings. It has been excellent! We have had the best time there and we must say that Betsy makes our stay feel as if we are home. She has the BEST customer service and is super attentive! Please show her this survey! The room was nice and the staff was very helpful. The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was there was no ice machine. A hotel should have an ice machine my opinion.

Nice hotel bur the bed to me was not comfortale. I tossed and turned all night.
