The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Hairs in the shower and toilet.

Needs improvement The front desk reception was very friendly. I chose this extended stay hotel because my normal choice for Billings was fully booked. I was surprised to find that the room had no hair dryer, coffee maker, any supplies in the kitchen - apparently you have to request these specially. Beyond that there were hairs in the shower, and a not-quite-empty drink bottle on the floor next to the bed. I won't be visiting again.
