Customer Service Needs Help The room and location were fine, but customer service is greatly lacking. There were 10 people in the lobby throughout the check-in. We stood for 5 to 10 minutes before Sarah showed. Then she said she had to checkout her till before she could check anyone in because her shift was almost over....seriously!! Take care of the people in the lobby first. We stood for 15-20 minutes before we got in our room. Two people left. Unfortunately, I had already paid so couldn't leave.

A very pleasant surprise but bring own breakfast For the money, we got a LOT of room. The complimentary breakfast was nothing to talk about... If we'd have known, we would have brought groceries to cook our own in the kitchenette, which was very well stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils and a regular apartment sized refrigerator. It even has an automatic dishwasher.

Nice hotel but, no ice machine! Pleasant facility easy to access, clean. Seemed somewhat dated but fit my needs.

Check in time It took over 20 minutes to get checked in. There are no hair dryers in the rooms.
