Convenient location, rundown property We stayed for two nights and rented a suite. One bathtub was unusable because the drain was clogged. No one had checked it prior to renting the room. Despite reporting the drain twice to the front desk, maintenance never came to fix it. The other bathtub leaked water that ran to the base of the toilet. The microwave oven had rust inside. The ac didn't work and when it did it checkout Never again , it was extremely hot and I still payed full price

Form and Function! This hotel was merely a bed to sleep in and a place to take a shower. Nothing great or bad.

Awful stay!! The staff was rude when I checked in and even after that. Things fell apart i.e. the cabinet under the kitchen sink. There was a hole in the wall where the door handle hit the wall. The bathtub and tile had mold and mildew. Gross!!

Next to the rail road tracks and loud people. I was put in a room next to the office. I heard people coming and going all day and night and also my room was facing the railroad tracks. The trains were very loud and I though that it was way too expensive for what it was. There were no plates, forks or knifes in the extending stay. Also, the microwave did not work....

Don't do it Hotel was old, dated, musty and not overly clean. With train tracks about 50 yards away, you could hear the freight trains periodically come through as the buildings shook. There is a reason the price was only $160 per night for Boca area. It was the first time in decades that I did not want to sleep under the sheets.

Wouldn't let my worst enemy stay there!! It was dirty and discusting....The lobby had not been sweep in God knows how long. I could go on for hours... Never again, I got a refund and went home. I had to cut my vacation short because there was no other hotels in my price range.....

Disgusting Absolutely disgusting. There was a roach on the bathroom sink and a small dead gnat in the sheets. the airconditioner would cycle on/off when it felt like it despite the temp in the room and was so loud each cycle it would wake me up. They did not clean the room the entire 3 nights i was there nor refresh the towels, soap, anything. The blankets were rough and disgusting as well.

Hotel terrible I was very disappointed. I have never stayed at a motel or hotel that wanted to charge extra for everything Making my bed, drinking glasses, clean towels, vacuuming the room. I will never stay there again I tried twice to get my room cleaned and it never was.
