This is a sad place. Filled with people down on their luck and living out of the hotel. I didnt feel unsafe but i didnt feel comfortable either.
Was given worst possible room even though other rooms available. Noisy all hours of the day. Room smelled and was in bad shape. Most things broken and no trash bin for garbage.
What I like most about this property their respectable they're clean it's a very nice location scenery is beautiful
They suck It took 2 hrs to get into a room because every room they assigned was dirty! Then when told about it only 22 credit was given because the manager stated we didn’t stay in the room.
Shafted by Extended Stay America! I got to the desk, and waited 15 minutes finally the clerk came and said sorry we're full. I said ok, I have a confirmed reservation, here's the number. He said he had my reservation but they had oversold, sorry. Sorry didn't cut it, he didn't even try to find me a room elsewhere. I ended up getting one of the last two rooms available in a 30 mile radius( florida spring break time) I had to pag 4 times as much for that room... i knew it was a busy time, and that is why I made reservations ea... read more
Run away We tried to check in at 5pm, room not ready until after 8pm. Got to room opened the door an was hot with an overwhelming smell of marijuana. No garage cans in room at all, lg hole in the wall, no remote for tv. Beds extremely thin uncomfortable. I’m an easy to please person but paying almost 300 for 1 nights stay was ridiculous!
Rooms were dated. Stains on the carpet and cigarette burns on the sink. Efficiency but nothing provided in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable which is really what we went for. A place to sleep. If you’re going long term look elsewhere.
