Just awful! I am baffled that this hotel is even offered on hotels.com. We booked three rooms for a work trip. The rooms were filthy, had roaches, beds were not made, windows left open, kitchen in complete disarray. The hotel staff did try to accommodate with new rooms but admitted they had not checked the rooms prior to check in. We left immediately and made a new reservation at a much nicer property nearby for the same cost per night. We were charged for the room on top of what we paid Expedia for the reservation. To get a refund was a pain. Had to call a few times to get invoices email to me. They don’t give it a the front desk. Front desk staff can do better at their job. The hotel is not worth the money we paid. The room they gave us was not fixed from the previous guests, bed unmade towels on the floor etc. we had to walk back and get another. We only stayed one night.

Horrible experience The room was supposed to have a bedroom with two beds, and a separate living room with a pull out couch. When I got there, they told me that they don’t even offer this kind of room at their property. Why was I able to book a room that doesn’t even exist? They simply downgraded me to a smaller room and offered me no refund on the difference, even though I paid extra for a bigger room.
