The rooms are not clean and smoking smells. And the bathrooms are nasty

Very mismanaged property. Poorly Maintained and staffed very disappointed in my stay

I didn’t even stay at this hotel. I went to check in, the key wouldn’t open the door even though the light was green, the window had what looked like a bullet hole & a large crack in it. & there was a planter with at least 100 cigarette butts right outside the door so it smelt terrible. The only good part is that I got a full refund. Don’t waste your time.

Please clean We got in the room and it was not clean, I really don’t complain about anything so I didn’t say anything I just simply stayed because I didn’t know if it was short staffed or just some one was being lazy our towels were used when we got on the room and we just went for new ones, the cleanliness for us was unacceptable the bathroom was the dirty room hair over toilet seat and pee in toilet and shower was dirty. Room reeked of smoke I have heart prolapse valve and it was triggered couldn’t stay at property due to the smoke irritation room weren’t the best but I had to check out after two hours because I had to clean up tub before I could shower and then the smoke wouldn’t allow me to sleep it was like gasping for air no refund or other accommodations this is my second time staying here smoke wasn’t a issue before room conditions similar but I can assure to never return
