This property is an embarrassment. Roaches, hairs, and falling apart.

No hot water!!! I was not told about this issue till after I checked in and called down to the desk. And every time I asked for a manager they couldn’t find one!! Finally when I spoke to one she was rude and didn’t care about helping me.

Bathroom wasn't very comfortable. Paint was peeling off the doors and bottom of it looked to be falling apart due to moisture getting into the wood

I’m very unhappy. Room never receive any clean service in both days I’m stay there, as well leave one day early about when arrive room is open all our clothes and luggage mees around, lucky us all valuable things is with us and no valuables be robe. Alice the receptionist, Carly the manager Explain us to claim to orbitz for reenburshment and the hotel accept the claim. If you want more information please call me at 561-997-4908 please.

First room they put me in wasn’t cleaned, bed wasn’t made, food everywhere, no towels. Looked like someone was still staying there

Customer service was horrible people with hanging out the complex and ask believe they are they break into cars over there

Roaches and Cigarettes One of the worst hotels I've ever tried to stay in. Roaches and cigareete smells cause me to EVACUATE in the middle of the night. Literally crawling with roaches. SO GROSS . AVOID AT ALL COSTS
