The room was not clean. Cobwebs in the corners, under the bed was disgusting. It was full of dirt. The shower had hair in it, the sheets were stained green/blue, the towels also had dirt marks on them. The hallways smelt terrible as well. The man that checked us in was very nice though, and all the staff were nice. The facility needs to just clean up and it would be so much better.

Desk staff were very nice. Bathrooms were clean with toiletries and clean towels. There was one cockroach on the bathroom counter which I had to kill. I did not see another. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets and ample pillows.

The staff was excellent, but they had little to work with-had to call for everything from cups to coffee pot to plates and utensils - no hair dryer, etc.

This is a good value. I liked the amenities in the room - mini kitchen that included a full sized fridge, microwave and cooktop. The wood floor made it feel cleaner than carpet. However, the hallways had dingy feeling carpets and a bad odor. I had to hold my breath every time I walked out of the room.
