Staff seemed unconcerned with requests for plates, silverware that were unavailable the first day after purchasing food… actually ate with our hands using ice cube trays as plates… I have another stay scheduled and tried to modify the reservation by phone to add an additional night and was hung up on mid conversation…

Great place
Check in wasn’t very pleasant however Roman was clean. Early morning noise of the side room was disturbing. Breakfast was simple.

A good stay but annoyed The hotel is very nice and the staff is friendly. The only problem we had was there was mold on our shower curtain and about every 12 hours we had to get our key cards re-scanned. We would leave in the morning around 8am and return around 7pm and the hotel key cards wouldn't work. We stayed for 4 days and everyday this happend which was very annoying
