Limpeza péssimo Hotel apresenta o que a marca oferece, mas o atendimento foi péssimo, fiquei 7 dias e não limparam o apto nenhuma vez. Tudo sujo nos corredores e outros espaços. Foi a pior estada na rede

The premium 2-queen room is quite nice. Our room was very clean (which pleasantly surprised me given some of the negative reviews about cleanliness here). But what really stands out about this hotel are the front-desk staff. With no exaggeration, these were the nicest staff I have ever experienced at any hotel in my life. Always asking if they can help you, what else they can provide, etc...I had regular interactions with 4 of them (from check-in to check-out over 3 days) and each one was nicer than the other.
