There was nothing seriously wrong, just a lot of small things and a general shabbiness to the property. The closet had only three coat hangars and they were unable to give us more. The kitchen had a dishwasher but no soap. The spare trash can liner was too small to fit the trash can and the front office refused to give us one that would fit, saying the larger bags were just for their own trash cans in the office. The room was fine. Bed was super hard. It was my own fault for not reading more into the housekeeping deal, so that was a learning curve for me. The room was perfect for what we needed.

The evening staff person was extremely helpful and checked on us after check in. He immediately changed our room upon request. The rooms need a deep cleaning and TLC.

Light sleeper? Go somewhere else. Found a long hair in the bed and another in tub. Could hear everything around us. Loud tv on one side. People “banging” above us, and someone snoring on the other side.
