Staff was rude and didn’t care as well as the room being dirty. We ended up no staying in the room due to its condition. Would not recommend this “family friendly hotel” to no one with kids

Very noisey from rooms on all sides until late. Feels like back in college dorm days. Lots of mildew in bathroom. Clean but stained bed sheet and towels. Cigarette butts littered everyone around building.

Staff was not supportive, property condition is horrible, couch is broken, cockroach found in the room. Heating plates was not working, kichen utensils not available. Last two TV was not working. Terrible experience with this hotel.

The bed is a walmart platform bed and sleeps like so with well used mattress. One thin blanket and no extras. 3 very flat pillows, you might want to bring your own. There were no muffins or fruit for breakfast and the coffee carafe was empty with no new pot brewing. The parking lot was peppered with trash all over. Trash can outside of door was over flowing with trash. Informed gentleman at front desk and it was not emptied the next day. We will not be back.

Would never go back. Not clean. Has a bad smell.

Terrible. No room service (they told us room service is every 14 days). Sheets are dirty, smelly room. My skin itch the first two nights in bed and we asked for a new sheet, put it on top and the itch stopped (swear it is likely bed bugs, saw some black dots on the old sheets). Nothing left out there for so called grab and go breakfast. Would NOT recommend to anyone. We will never stay there again.

This hotel needs a general overall, should start by replacing the hall carpet that is dirty and full of stains. I would not recommend this place.

The whole place smelled like cigarettes and other things constantly. Almost everyone seemed sketchy.

I did not stay there. I went into the room, and it was a dump. The TV didn't work. The Chair in the room was old, tattered & ripped. Hotels.com should not offer this hotel for rentals. This location is a pay-by-the-week facility. It's filled with people who made me feel afraid the moment I walked in the door.
