Muy mal servicio me despertaron a las 9y45 de la mañana para limpiar la habitación y mi estancia era hasta las 11 de la mañana y aparte de eso pedí que me ayuden con utensilios para cocinar y no me ayudaron muy mal servicio y la habitación tenía olor a cigarrillos

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The chair in the room was completely torn up. There was a hole in the bathroom door. I will not be staying here again.

I got there late at night and I was told that my room is gone. They sold the room to someone else and I was left on the street at 2am with no place to go. Plus they charged my card for the night. When I got there the front desk and snuck area was filthy like the place hasn’t been cleaned in a while.
No 2 queen bed available even if we booked for it We reserve a room with two queen bed but when we get there they gave one queen bed room. They said ti complain to Hotels.com directly. We were party of 3 and we had hard time sleeping.

We had to go out and buy febreeze and a candle to attempt to cover the smell of what can only be described as piss , just to sleep. The recliner on our room was so worn down that the vinyl material was gone. Just the worst experience ever
