Alot of smokers standing right by the entrance doors. The furniture in the rooms were torn and tattered. If you needed utensils or plates, you would have to go to the front desk and ask for some, even though in the room you had a hot top stove, a microwave, a sink? They don’t alert you of that beforehand. The breakfast offered as a perk is a very poor offering. Oatmeal, coffee, a .25 cent mini bagged muffin. “That’s it” McDonalds 50 yards away thankfully …

Loud neighbors throughout the night, key cards that would just stop working throughout the stay, with an unattended front desk, I had to call several times just to get someone to show up. The rooms are non smoking yet still smelled like a pack of cigarettes

Property and rooms are not clean, furniture is worn down, and they don’t supply any dishes, utensils, etc. for the kitchenettes. Staff was very nice though.

Chose this place for easy access to Boston Logan Airport. It's roomy with all needed facilities. Room was clean. The Walmart next door has everything you need for meals. But, the lounge chair in the room is in such terrible condition that Goodwill would reject it. The window has broken glass. And my credit card has been charged twice.

I wish I never stayed there! The dishwasher has dirty dishs and the bed was stained yellow. Not only was the bed full of crumbs but it had lots of hairs. I will never forget the smell as it is a cross between cat pee and mold....
