Both chairs in were shredded room were destroyed in trash TV did not work breakfast was not out at 6:00i will never go back I even believe I should be refunding my money it was that bad

Asked for room service at the front desk and got nothing. They ask you to get used towels to front desk to change it, wasn't supposed to be delivered to the room? My wife got a towel full of hair, disgusting. The best thing is the location, get quick to Boston and to Salem.

Property very dated and in rough shape! I found the property to be in very poor condition. Couch and hassocks torn and worn. Didn't even want to sit on them. Towels appeared clean but one was clearly stained. "grab 'n go" breakfast was embarrassing. Coffee was okay! Also, book through my Hotels.com account. Selected "pay at arrival" so I could use my work card but front desk told me my personal card was already charged. They did not offer to correct the payment method error. Will definitely NOT stay here again.

This place really has a strong odor, carpet in the hallways very dirty. The breakfast really poor with nothing to eat.

Everything was dirty.. from elevator to hallways, to the room floors, walls, furniture, etc.. even when asking staff for silverware & glass they seemed confused & brought out dirty dishes. In general the entire building smelled terrible as well. Linens seemed to be clean though & there is a Walmart next door if you need food or water.
