Unclean room Room was not cleaned when we checked in — had to go downstairs and request a new one. Man didn’t apologize for inconvenience or anything. Second-floor hallway smelled like marijuana. There was a trash bag full of towels in the hall all night.

The room was musty, the linen, pillows and towels were thin. The overall property needs updating and cleaning.

Avoid! This place is basically a giant crack den. Apparently some people live here full-time, and most of them are junkies. Place smelled of smoke most everywhere. It didn't have a gym or pool, which was kind of disappointing considering I've paid less for hotels that have these amenities, The only good thing is that Longhorn Steakhouse was next door....which was where I ended up eating the three nights I was there because the room was too dirty to even want to cook in.

Dirty the while building stinks. The check in took long and when I got to my room it was horrible . The smell made my uncomfortable, on top of that the room was suppose to be a non smoking room and there were cigarettes ashes on the night stand and bathroom . I had to go down and ask for another room. I wanted to leave but i know that if I do I wouldn't get reimbursed because I book the room through hotels.com.

Orbitz lied! I was told this was a Marriott hotel on the phone! WHAT A FAR CRY FROM THAT! They use this hotel for people on Ssd when they have no room for them at the shelters! HORRIBLE place to stay

Location is the only positive to this hotel We didn't have a terrible experience but it sure wasn't a great one either. The rooms are dated and don't feel really clean. The staff was some what present but not hospitable. One staff member even said, "what do you want?" The over all hotel smells like cigarette smoke and the in room kitchen was a joke. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave but everything else felt dirty and run down. We just needed a place to sleep but would have been disappointed if we were looking ... read more

Beds were horrible and AC didn't work very well location was good for what we were there for staff nice hotel clean

Not a business hotel!!! Breakfast terrible, no workout facilities, wifi spotty, not enough hangers in room to hang clothes, tv is terrible - resolution isn't set right from source to TV. This results in big black stripes on sides/bottom of screen. Make that double the width for Showtime. Literally not watchable. Although the staff is very friendly, there is no one at the desk to pickup the phone. Going to the front desk to get something results in failure as there is no one there.
