The location was good, the parking was free, the room was spacious and clean. The bed felt like sleeping on a cot, the lobby was a wreck, the free breakfast was a joke.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The inside was very dirty and in need of repairs. It was noisy with parents yelling at the children and the children very loud. The person in the room next to us played music loud with a lot of bass. It felt like we were staying a step above a homeless shelter. In comparison we stayed at a best Western the night before for the same price. It was safe, clean , quiet, and very new looking. Maybe I should have been more aware of what extended stay hotels are. Drip. Drip. For my whole stay. This property was adequate for a budget option. BUT the dripping kitchen faucet I asked to have fixed was not, though I could see someone had been in the room. No communication. No apology/explanation. So I listened to that throughout my stay. Basic maintenance is a reasonable expectation. The bathroom fan didn’t work either. I will say the room was surprisingly quiet. Overall, the property is well past its prime
Business response:
Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay. We appreciate your insights and hope to welcome you back soon for a more comfortable experience.Sincerely,Hotel Management
