value for price: excellent; location/convenience: excellent minor issues with room upkeep, e.g. one of the bedside lights was out of order, needed maintenance; breakfast was rudimentary, but that was not important to us

The location for this hotel was amazing. My room was relatively clean. A couple members of the staff were dismissive and rude to me when I made simple and very reasonable requests, which was upsetting. I appreciate Antoinette, Lynnette, and Crystal Lee who demonstrated stellar customer service and made up for their colleagues lack of it. If you are looking for a convenient location this is a good option just limit your interactions with the staff.
