Downgraded from a king to a queen due to ongoing construction. Was promised a $20 discount that never got processed. Staff was nice but didn’t get what we paid for.

pet-friendly, but rooms smelled of smoke.

No mattress on the pull out couch, floor not clean, sticky. Ok for sleeping 2 nights.

La atencion cuando lleganos fue pesima. De hecho no habia nadie que abriera, estuve afura casi entre15 y 20 minutos tocando inutilmente el timbre, cuando al fin pudimos entrar, no habia habitacion disponible, y la que nos dieron estaba super sucia y olia muy mal. Nos prometieron que la iban a limpiar, lo cual NO SUCEDIO, Al dia siguiente nos cambiaron de habitacion y aunque la chica que ya estab en ese momento y nos atendio tsmbin nos dijo que no tenia habitaciones disponibles y la que nos dio fue mejor.
