The bed comfort was good but the staff was not cooperative and was taking too much time at reception for check-in and check-out there was a mouse in my room and I complained about it but they didn't take any action. some staff are good but some are just killing time there

The room was good for the price and clean. The problem was the breakfast. The coffee was empty and the employees didn’t do anything about it, had to go to dunkin and pay 8$ for two coffee…

TV not working and hot water not working. No permanent staff at front desk. Maintenance worker who was very helpful checked me in. No regular staff at front desk. No one to handle complaints. No bedding for pullout bed

The property itself was nice. However in our room we had a Queen bed and pull out couch for 4 people which in itself isn't a big deal. However, for the couch they had no linens or pillows in the room. The front desk said they were "out". How do you sleep on a pull out couch without sheets, a blanket or pillows? They were pretty rude about it. There weren't enough towels, again we were told they were "out" and it could definitely have been cleaner. 性价比很高的酒店 房间很大 设施完善 灶台 冰箱 微波炉都齐备 前台是可以讲国语的非常方便 停车也很方便
