The property was well maintained and the staff was very nice.
TV not working and hot water not working. No permanent staff at front desk. Maintenance worker who was very helpful checked me in. No regular staff at front desk. No one to handle complaints. No bedding for pullout bed
The property itself was nice. However in our room we had a Queen bed and pull out couch for 4 people which in itself isn't a big deal. However, for the couch they had no linens or pillows in the room. The front desk said they were "out". How do you sleep on a pull out couch without sheets, a blanket or pillows? They were pretty rude about it. There weren't enough towels, again we were told they were "out" and it could definitely have been cleaner. Good for the price in the area The breakfast was not really there, one day only instant decaf with no sugar and two packets of creamers. I asked if it could be restocked but evidently not. The 2nd day only regular coffee and no cream or sugar I waited at the counter for 10 minutes, no one showed up. Everything else was satisfactory for the price
It’s very inexpensive. But clearly not a prime property. I like the cost savings
