The room was no clean and there was smoke odor all over the place. When we checked in I asked the front person about breakfast and his response was rude. The room was not clean, hallway had trash and the common area was also not clean

Had to wait 15 minutes for front desk attendant. Couldn't find anyone. Carpets were filthy. Cabinets were falling apart in the bathroom. Was awoken at 430 am with loud noises from the third floor. Hair dryer wouldn't work. Called front desk and got no answer. Bathroom fan was extremely loud. I would never stay there again and would never recommend this hotel!

First room I was assigned was dirty/not cleaned, checked in at 11pm. By 11:30 I was assigned another room. Shelves torn off wall, cabinets without doors, dirty facets, check-in area filthy. Poor, poor accommodation per the price. Couldn’t wait to leave. Didn’t get bed bugs though

Room was spotless but very old and downtrodden - bathroom cabinet was completely water-warped and looked scary (missing paint, falling apart), a drawer was missing in the small kitchen. No staff around to check me out in the morning. Would not recommend.

Carpet going into property was very filthy i would never stay again the person did not show up at the front desk for quite some time and was very un pleasant as if we bothered her for coming this a very unhealthy place to stay

Room smell musty and stuffy wasn't clean none smoking room smelled of cigarettes and bed was hard

When I arrived the concierge informed me that they/Expedia had overbooked, so they didn’t have a room available for me. I had no choice but to drive back home at that point. Extremely disappointed with Expedia and the hotel.

There was police presence in the parking lot. The place smelled awful and was not at all clean. Bed bugs in the sheets.

Room was in poor condition, including broken shelves and cabinet doors, dirty and scuffed and chipped walls, broken toilet paper holder, hair in the shower, clogged toilet, etc. Would not come back
