The facility is not that old so most things work though there are signs of repair in and out of room. Biggest issue is that we had folks scumming it up with pot smoking by the entrance and other deplorables just hanging out. Our floor smelled awful, as in the whole floor. The room was adequate.

Showerdrain not working, carpet worn out and dirty, broken lightbulbs. Kitchen worn out. No response of maintenance.

Horrible stay! Zero amenities! Dirty room with broken down cabinets and bath vanity. Dirty old Kitchen with zero supplies! No help from staff! Scary parking lot with warnings about crime including parking spots designated for police!

It was not expensive and close to Boston. Pretty quiet. Ok for one night, but totally run-down. Broken furniture, sticky stains on the countertop, bathroom cabinets falling apart. Bed clean and comfortable enough, working AC and fridge.

The entire hotel smelled of moth balls. Room had holes in the roof, toilet seat was broken, curtain only covered half of the window, cabinet doors falling off the hinges, and the front lobby staff was nowhere to be found for nearly 30 min. I booked for 7 days and left to another hotel the morning after i checked in. Sketchy people all over the place and there was a nice little pot smoking party happening in the parking lot.
